Marnie is the Managing Director of Harris McCall & Associates, LLC. With over 20 years experience leading large - account sales organizations in the Fortune 500, a start-up in the Training Industry and regional, national and global key account sales and operations units in Management Consulting, Marnie offers a unique perspective to client organizations and to candidates alike.
Her ability to quickly understand and synthesize client requirements, and to assess client culture and management style is a result of a career centered on building high performance customer focused organizations at Xerox, Control Data, Drake Beam Morin, and Manpower. As well, her candidate assessment skills have been honed over the course of her career, while building and leading professional consulting and sales organizations, some as large as 500 people, during times of both phenomenal market growth and constriction.
Lastly, her ability to relate to the varied demands, needs and time constraints of the senior executive is based on her past experience in those roles and on an Executive Committee.
All of these experiences are brought to the forefront in her work with the Private Equity and Venture Capital clients she serves, whether she is recruiting key executives for a portfolio-company or top professional or Partner-Track talent for the firms. Understanding the priority for meeting specific client requirements, her focus is identifying past candidate experiences that demonstrate the individual's abilities to hit the ground running and to fit within the culture, which she believes is critical to ensuring proper fit and ultimate success.
